Bothara Foundry & Machines Works the flagship Company was established in 1967, today boasts of manufacturing both Animal Drawn & Tractor Drawn Agricultural Implements. It is a medium size Foundry setup with In-house backup of well equipped fabrication & Press shop .

Activities which started in Small way is a full fledged Quality Management Certified ISO 9001:2000 Fabrication & press shop Manufacturing unit, manufacturing different varities of sprayers & dusters as per relevant IS standards.

With the arrival of PVC technology & injection moulded fittings the group diversified its activities into Manufacturing of PVC pipes and fittings & further expanded it to manufacturing of SWR Drainage System (SWR Pipes & Fittings) Plumbing Pipes, Casing pipes, Column pipes, HDPE pipes, Garden pipes & sprinkler system. Two units both QMS Certified as per ISO- 9001:2001 produce widest range of pipes & fittings focused On total Customer satisfaction using latest technology automated processes precise design parameters, strict Quality Assurance & very well supported with an efficient management ensuring optimum utilization of all resources.

GROWTH BY REDUCING COSTS FOR THE CONSUMER & OFFERING TOTAL PACKAGE
In order to ensure total service to the customers & also proper & effective jointing of its various products i.e. PVC Pipes & fittings & O ring type SWR pipes & fittings the group expanded its manufacturing activities further, which resulted in manufacturing setup for Adhesives i.e. solvent cements & rubber lubricant(solvent cement complying & approved as per IS standards).

In line with changing trend all over the world from metal to plastic, group introduced Paras Miracle plastic moulded articles. Within a record time more than 100 ultiutility Plastic Moulded Articles have been successfully launched. These products by virtue of design and raw materials have enormous strength & life, and are available in multi colours. The products include round crates / ghamelas, tubs, Buckets, mugs, cans, water pots. Jug Dustbins, Dustpans, Drums, Sup, Mats, Kitchenware items etc., in different shapes & sizes. Some of the items are suitable for Microwave application.

Group believes in leading by example in helping the nation tap/ generate power from natural/ unconventional resources. The group has installed three power mills near Satara with a generation capacity of 1 MW since 2000.
